The house is spread over two floors.

On the main floor, you’ll find a guest bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room with air conditioning/heating and a pellet fireplace.
From the kitchen, you can access a terrace with wonderful views—a perfect spot for breakfast while watching the sunrise over the mountains.

On the ground floor, you’ll find three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the beautiful private garden full of flowers and overlooking the mountains.

The garden is ideal for enjoying the saltwater pool.
You can enjoy barbecues, paellas, relax on the sun loungers reading a good book, or dine while gazing at the stars by the light of the moon and the illuminated pool.
